Round One MODA DAO Creative Grants Now Open

The MODA Foundation is offering up Creative Grants for artists around the world, to help kickstart blockchain music projects begin making waves in the Web3 space.

As artists, we often become disenfranchised with the legacy music industry, and branch out to pursue alternative avenues to monetise our craft.

This could mean pivoting to different industries outside of music, developing specialised skills within our lane (such as producing, writing or engineering) or perhaps we’ve stumbled onto Web3 and are in the process of minting our first batch of NFTs or designing a metaverse experience. This is where our Creative Grants come into play.

The MODA Foundation is here to help artists tackle the opportunities that lie within Web3.

Here’s how you can get involved:

1) Make sure you have a solid idea of what you want to do. Whether it be an album release, a music video, a collaboration with a high profile artist or potentially you’re stepping into the world of NFTs. It’s important you have a clear idea and a plan for executing it.

3) The application takes you through some basic information and invites you to talk the MODA Foundation through your proposal

This is an ongoing initiative with no set deadline. The MODA launch partners will review the applications and we’ll be reaching out with a congratulatory email and a virtual handshake if you are successful.
